Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club realizes that with the challenges of today that hybrid meeting and event technologies are a standard part of the planning conversation. Whether it’s corporate groups looking to connect with their overseas colleagues or an intimate family celebration to be broadcasted for the wider family. In order to accomplish this, Cadillac has worked with our on-site AV partner, GE Audio Visual, to create hybrid meeting options for our indoor meeting space in Miami Beach.

These technologies include cameras, hi-definition camcorders and displays throughout the meeting rooms allowing for long and short-throw video capture and live streaming onto screens set up throughout the space. For events taking place in multiple spaces, screens and cameras can be set up in the main space as well as breakout rooms, allowing for breakouts to stream and communicate separately. Hardwire connectivity is used for all systems, guaranteeing a strong signal and no lost connection. Web presenters with professional streaming capabilities and video switchers are also available to efficiently switch between multiple camera sources as needed. Our on-site technical support staff is always ready and available for any needs that come up during the event.
