Is Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club located directly on the beach?
Yes. We are one of the best hotels on the beach in Miami Beach, Florida. We offer direct access to the beach between 39th Street and 40th Street. Our location places you just a short distance from all the action in South Beach, but slightly removed from the crowds and tourists, so you can enjoy a relaxing day on the beach.
Does Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club have restaurants with water views?
Yes. Bungalow by the Sea is one of the best Miami Beach restaurants on the water, offering direct views of the Atlantic Ocean.

How much does parking cost at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club?
We offer valet parking. The fee for guests is $42/night, plus tax. The fee for visitors is $25/visit (or just $10/visit with restaurant validation). Please note: Free parking in Miami Beach at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is not available.
Are pets welcome at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club?
Yes. We allow one (1) pet per room, with a 25-pound weight restriction. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please note: Pets are not permitted in our restaurants, pool areas, or on the beach.

Are children welcome at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club?
Yes. Our hotel features a dedicated family pool as well as an area of the beach reserved just for kids. We also offer a special food program for children — for just $50 per day, per child (ages 12 and under), kids can enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu during breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Bungalow by the Sea and Donna Mare.

Can I receive mail and packages at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club?
Yes, standard mail will be received free of charge. We will also handle up to five (5) packages. Further packages can be received for a fee of $5 per package.
When is the hotel reopening?
Exciting news: Our seaside hotel & beach club reopens on June 1st!
Are Miami beaches open?
As per government mandate, Miami-Dade County beaches will be closed starting Friday, July 3, and ending Tuesday, July 7.
Are the pools open?
YES - Relax and unwind at our adults-only Cabana Pool or escape the heat with all your friends and family at our Cadillac Pool.
Are the on-site bars and restaurants open?
The Lobby Bar will be closed until futher notice. Beach food and beverage options are available Friday through Sunday and food and beverages can still be ordered pool-side.
Can I order in-room dining?
In-room dining is not currently available however guests may order from Donna Mare for pick up. Orders must be picked up directly when ready. Your order will include single use eco friendly plastic ware which can be disposed of after your meal.
Is the fitness center open?
YES - our fitness center is open!
Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?
Following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, we ask that you wear a mask in all public spaces.
Is valet parking available?
YES - We are only offering valet parking
What else should I know before I get to the hotel?
We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Give the front desk a call and we’ll happily deliver them to your guestroom.

Can I bring my pet?
Per local government mandate, only therapeutic and service animals will be allowed, no other pets are permitted at this time.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our flexible reservation policies as follows:
- For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, the policies that were in place at the time of reservation, or as previously communicated, will continue to be honored.
- For guests making new reservations on or after July 6 for arrival dates through September 30, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.* Reservations with pre-paid rates will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
- For guests making new reservations for arrival dates on or after October 1, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation will apply. Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.
