The Cultural Side of Miami

Miami Attraction & Museum Month returns this spring from April 1st through May 31st with special offers on Miami’s most enticing cultural destinations. Yes, it is ok to leave the beach for an afternoon and see what else this magic city has to offer. There are incredible options (and deals!) for every adventure seeker.

View Miami by Air with a Miami Seaplane Tour specially curated for Cadillac Hotel guests. Either a stunning tour of the diverse Miami-Dade County landscape from the skyline of Downtown to the endless Everglades waters, or a full day family-friendly Key West getaway. Additional, customizable packages are available through the Cadillac Concierge team.

For families, the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science offers multiple aquariums, a planetarium, and dazzling views of the Miami port and Biscayne Bay from it’s breezy main level. For history buffs, Vizcaya offers a glimpse back in time with a Renaissance-inspired Villa and ten acres of artfully curated Tropical gardens, with the gorgeous backdrop of the bay at every turn. Plus, for those simply seeking art, the HistoryMiami Museum is a Smithsonian affiliate committed to exhibits highlighting the unique cultural crossroads that Miami has been throughout history.

The Perez Art Museum Miami boasts three floors of galleries, an outdoor hanging garden with stunning vistas, all housed in the museum’s critically acclaimed building designed by Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron. The Bass is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Cadillac Hotel, and Miami Beach’s renowned contemporary art museum. Complete with historical context, The Bass is the previous home to the Miami Beach Public Library and Art Center, a 1930s Art Deco building designed by Russell Pancoast.
