When is the hotel reopening?
Exciting news: Our seaside hotel & beach club reopens on June 1st!
Are Miami beaches open?
As per government mandate, Miami-Dade County beaches will be closed starting Friday, July 3, and ending Tuesday, July 7.
Are the pools open?
YES - Relax and unwind at our adults-only Cabana Pool or escape the heat with all your friends and family at our Cadillac Pool.
Are the on-site bars and restaurants open?
YES - all on-site bars and restaurants are open.
Can I order in-room dining?
Yes, in-room dining is available. We've removed our paper menus from your guest room and have updated all of our menus which you can view and order from on your guest room TV.
When your order is ready to be served, we’ll call you to let you know one of our team members is on the way to deliver your meal contact free. Your order will arrive and will include single use eco friendly plastic ware which can be disposed of after your meal.

Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?
Following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, we ask that you wear a mask in all public spaces.

YES - We are only offering valet parking

We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Give the front desk a call and we’ll happily deliver them to your guestroom.

Per local government mandate, only therapeutic and service animals will be allowed, no other pets are permitted at this time.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
